If you sign up for their standard sightseeing cruise, you're going to have a fairly typical sightseeing experience. As a visitor, 60 minutes out on the water is a pretty great tourist activity. But as a local who knows the waterways around Pittsburgh inside and out, we simply wanted more.

Each tiki boat is equipped with a four speaker bluetooth enabled stereo system for your listening pleasure. During each tour the guides ask who is a visitor and who is a local, and we were some of the only residents who were out for the day- something the guide suggested was fairly common. Of course, all Pittsburgh river tours take you past Heinz Field, home of the Pittsburgh Steelers. You’ll also pass under the iconic Pittsburgh bridges that define this cityscape. We took our trip, a historical perspective of Pittsburgh, down the three rivers that define the Pittsburgh landscape. As we admired the architecture of this truly American city, we learned about George Washington’s escapades here early in his career.

Our tikis are not equipped with restrooms, but our captains do make a scheduled restroom stop approximately half way through your cruise. We strongly encourage our guests to use the restroom before boarding for their cruise. A surface lot is available as well as a parking garage that is used by the Sheraton Hotel and charges an hourly rate. Note that most of the parking lots nearby may have surge pricing during events at Highmark Stadium.
